Black Beauty 1977 Chrysler Custom New Yorker Town Country wagon. 1965 was the last year for the New Yorker version of the Town Country. I have combined the luxury of the New Yorker with the utility of the Town Country. A 1976 original 42K mile New Yorker was married to an extremely well kept 1977 Town Country. The black paint on both cars is original black in excellent condition. The Wagon was Zebarted (rust protected) when I purchased it 19 years ago. For economical and reliability reasons I had a professional installed GM 350 ci TBFI with a 700 R4 overdrive transmission. This 5500 lb car will cruise effortlessly at 70 MPH with 17 to 18 MPG. A 50 gallon fuel tank gives added range.
