This show car was built on 23 february 1965, and sold to alfa romeo usa 11 march 1965. Original color rosso red with black skai interiors--- complete strip and repaint. (first repaint) doors, windows, trunk, hood,, and engine removed. New windshield installed. 30 hour color sanding and buffing to show car standards.Way better than new!!! New wiring harness, including fuse box, battery, battery box. New switches, new tail lights, side lights. And every bulb replaced. .Fresh engine rebuild, including pistons, cylinders, all bearings, gaskets. Rebuilt head with new valves, new guides. Head polished and exhaust ports matched. European cams installed. New water pump, and oil pump. Full detailing of engine. 1600 engine is original with chassis. 1600 engine built by an alfa specialist with 30 years experience. Rebuilt 5 speed transmission, including synchros, bearings, and seals. New clutch, to, bearing. Motor, and transmission mounts. Freshly balanced driveshaft with all new bearings, u joints and rubber support. All new brakes, including pads master cylinder, hard and soft lines, and emergency brake cables. Front and rear suspension removed and rebuilt with new bushings as needed. New shocks and competition springs. All components refinished before assembly. Rear axle removed, stripped, and new wheel bearings and seals installed. Entire fuel system, including new fuel tank, new fuel lines, fuel sender and fuel pump. 40 dcoe carbs fully rebuilt with new jets, gaskets, new linkage, carb mounts, and gta style trumpets. Wow, does it sound fabulous. Entire new exhaust system, including front, center and rear components with proper new hardware. Rear muffler deleted for a more mellow tone. Recored radiator, rebuilt starter, and updated 1 wire alternator installed. Every rubber seal in car replaced. New outer door chrome handles,, ignition switch, and mirror. New interior including headliner, seat covers, door panels, with the correct grey carpet. Fresh top of dash, rear deck and restored instrument panel .All instruments removed, disassembled, cleaned and work perfectly. Every sender in the car replaced. New 15 inch gta wheels, with new premium tires, and gta grill. Excellent front bumper included.Thank you for watching!
