Here we have a 1964 sunbeam alpine mk Iv 1600cc. The car is finished in red with black hood and black interior , wire wheels, overdrive (best colour combo in my opinion) The car has recently come out of dry storage, the car runs and drives, recent new tyres and stainless exhaust. The bodywork looks great from 10ft away and is very shiny. The car has had new sills fitted and quite a lot of work underneath, I can find little to no rot underneath. The car probably wants a bottom half re-spray as the doors are bubbling on the bottom outer skins and the bottom of the boot lid, there are also a few scabs here and there around the car. The chrome work is all in fabulous condition, not very old I would say. The interior is in very good condition, the dash although good probably wants a re-varnish. Car comes with a good tonneau cover So all in all this is a good solid alpine which could be used as it is after it has had a quick going over or you could take it to the next level with paintwork and repairs to doors and boot bottom. Doors open and shut beautifully you don’t have to slam them shut.
