VW T2 Late Bay Palomino 1979 SUBARU 2.0 litre Flat Four, EJ20 (approx 140 bhp) conversion Power steering Very Rare vehicle Low mileage The Palomino Conversion was first built by Bariban Motorhomes based in Newton Abbot in Devon in 1979 - 1980. Very few VW T2 Palominos were produced between 70-200 The only colour produced by Bariban was white. We’ve owned Beryl for 5 years and she’s had a lot of love. Drives great, good space interior and a reliable Vehicle Fitted with SUBARU 2.0 litre Flat Four, EJ20 (approx 140 bhp) conversion rebuilt engine with reverse engineered geargbox from Australia 6,000 approx miles since rebuild New clutch New front wheel arches New heater and new radiator Oil and filter chanegd every six months Paint job, New Glove box and lid, rear quarter sections, Power sterring, Stainless steel exhaust 4 new shock absorbers 2019 All work has been done at Perry Fellows speed shop 2019 New starter motor 2019 2022 New AGM batteries, Interior shelving, New Voltage selector and sender unit for fule gage, Electric windscreen reservoir and pump and new spindles to windscreen wiper mechanism and new windscreen motor fitted 2022 Repair to cab floor at excelorator pedal 2022 Original sink and cooker in working order Nearly new rock and roll bed New curtains 2021 New horn, 2 front replacement cab doors, new cab window winder handles 2 sets of keys Fiberglass roof Good runner used every other day OPEN TO OFFERS Please Feel free to message for any further information or if you have any questions 🙂.
